      Stages of payment

      Important!

      • Payment term after receiving photo documents 3-5 days
      • The activity of the link to pay the visa fee after registering documents on the website of the Norwegian Migration Agency UDI will be valid for 2-3 days!
      • The employer cancels the documents without returning the advance payment in case of not receiving the surcharge within the specified period!
      • Validity of the set of documents from the Employer is 30 days.
      • The employer is fully responsible for registering documents in the UDI system and consulate!
      • Due to the lengthy consideration of the request by the Norwegian Migration Service, the visa approval period can be 60+ days

      The main reasons for the possible delay

      • If the Candidate's documents require additional verification
      • During the summer and winter holidays and vacations
      • At the request of the Employee, after passing the probationary period, the Employer shall issueResidence permit:
      • for 3 years (if the employee did not travel outside Norway)
      • for 1 year (if the employee traveled outside Norway)

      Required documents from the candidate

      • Scanned copies of all pages of a valid passport
      • Passport format photo 3.5 * 4.5 cm
      • Completed order brief (according to the provided sample)
      • Police certificate of no criminal record (photo | scanned copy) and its certified translation into English
      * Language school certificate and education diplomas are not required
      Document approval process: 3-5 working days

      Procedure for obtaining police clearance certificate

      1. The candidate must contact the local police department and get the original criminal record certificate
      2. Translate the certificate into English and approve it with an apostille at the Ministry of Internal Affairs or another state institution in the Candidate's country of residence
        * Criminal record certificate must be provided for the last 5 years
        If the Candidate was previously convicted, he | she must provide a certificate of a previous conviction. The lawyers of our agency will check the compliance of the article with the criminal record and answer about the possibility of further procedures
        - If the Migration Department decides that the offense was minor, our lawyers will prepare a package of documents for obtaining a Visa | Residence permit

      Registration procedure on the date of submission of documents to the consulate (VFS Global) with the help of the Employer

      1. Receipt and verification by the Candidate of all documents and correctness of information, certification by signature and sending scanned copies to the Employer (period of 1-2 days)
      2. Registration in the UDI system and payment of visa fee
        - Creation by the Employer of a Personal Account for the Candidate on the website of the Migration Agency of Norway UDI (Directorate of Immigration of Norway) https://www.udi.no/ and uploading documents to the system according to the specified instructions.
        Documents are sent to the Norwegian Office of Immigration (UDI) for final processing
        - UDI may request additional documents that were not required at the beginning of the process
        - UDI makes a request to NAV, which is confirmed by the Employer
        - The Employer sends its Declaration to UDI - a document confirming that the working conditions and wages comply with Norwegian legal standards and that the Employee will perform his work in accordance with Norwegian labor standards
        • The employer receives a link to the Candidate's personal account and pays the visa fee (the link activity will be valid for 2-3 days!)
        • Within 24 hours (in practice, after 2-3 hours), the final document is sent to the Candidate's e-mail - confirmation of the transaction. The candidate receives a message by e-mail or in the personal account of UDI
        • UDI issues a document to be signed by the Candidate and sent to the Employer to continue the procedure
        3. Verification and verification of documents
        All completed documents are internally verified by the Employer (2-3 weeks)
        After successful verification, an entry is made to the Norwegian Consulate through the VFS Global system
        Important!
        • The candidate may be refused a refund of the visa fee at this stage.
        • Typical reasons for refusal: pending litigation, unpaid fines, unpaid loans, etc.
        The employer is not responsible for the refusal of the consulate for the specified reasons!
      3. Registration of documents through VFS Global
        • After confirming the documents, VFS Global sends a notification to the Candidate that the Employer can register him at the consulate to apply for a visa (waiting period for registration: 7-10 days).
        • The client is assigned a date for the delivery of biometric data (fingerprints) to the Norwegian consulate, which is located closest to the place of residence.
        Important!
        • On time at the specified date and time and the Candidate must arrive at the consulate
        • If VFS Global is not in the Candidate's country of residence, then the Employer sends a letter to the nearest Norwegian consulate to receive the filing date


      Medical insurance

      The candidate must carefully fill out the forms and provide all information to the Employer to obtain an insurance medical policy that provides treatment for the period of the Employee's stay in Norway and meets the requirements of the consulate

      2. Partner employers look for motivated candidates and long-term cooperation.
      3. After approval, we prepare and provide a full employer document package for legal employment and visa submission to the consulate of the chosen country, in the candidate’s country of residence.
      4. After employer confirmation, our specialist informs the candidate and issues an invoice for the deposit.
      5. The employer starts preparing the package after receiving the first payment and provides it within agreed timelines.
      6. After receiving scanned copies / photos of documents, the client must pay the second part within 5–7 calendar days.
        — If the employer does not receive funds in time, they may cancel the reservation without refund of the deposit.
