VISA-SVIT provides current job openings for legal employment of foreign nationals in Europe.
Partner employers look for motivated candidates and long-term cooperation.
After approval, we prepare and provide a full employer document package for legal employment and visa submission to the consulate of the chosen country, in the candidate’s country of residence.
After employer confirmation, our specialist informs the candidate and issues an invoice for the deposit.
The employer starts preparing the package after receiving the first payment and provides it within agreed timelines.
After receiving scanned copies / photos of documents, the client must pay the second part within 5–7 calendar days.
— If the employer does not receive funds in time, they may cancel the reservation without refund of the deposit.
— If the employer rejects the candidate, VISA-SVIT refunds the deposit in full or offers alternatives in the chosen country or other states.
— DHL / courier delivery of originals is paid separately by the client.
Upon arrival, the candidate is met by employer representatives: transfer, accommodation, onboarding, documents and work gear (per program).

How the Process Works

After the candidate is approved, the process moves from screening to employer documents, consular filing, arrival in Ukraine and further formalities.

Initial application. The candidate or agent sends the application form, CV, passport and information about professional experience.
VISA-SVIT screening. Basic requirements, documents, occupation, experience and the possibility of submitting the profile to the employer are checked.
Employer approval. The employer evaluates the candidate's professional profile and decides whether to continue the process.
Document preparation. The support team and employer prepare the package required for the foreign worker's work permit.
Work permit procedure. After the relevant procedure is completed, the employer's document package for the visa application is prepared.
Documents transferred to the candidate. After completion of the agreed stage, the prepared documents are transferred to the candidate / agent according to the procedure.
Personal visa application. The candidate personally submits the documents to the relevant Ukrainian consular authority in the country of citizenship or legal residence in accordance with the current rules.
Arrival arrangements. After a positive visa decision, the travel route, flight, transfer and meeting with the employer are coordinated.
After arrival. The employer and involved specialists coordinate further employment and migration formalities, including TRC where legal grounds are available.

Final Check Before Submission

Meals

Meals are covered by the candidate unless different conditions are confirmed in writing by the employer.

Workplace communication: basic English A1–A2 is the recommended minimum for communication with the employer, supervisor and team.

Arrival and Logistics

After the visa is issued, the travel route is agreed separately depending on the candidate's country of stay, available flights and the current situation. Subject to prior agreement, the route may be organised through Budapest or Chisinau, followed by a transfer to Ukraine and a meeting with the employer's representative.
