Short-term visa to Ukraine based on an invitation (approved by the territorial body of the State Migration Service)

      Tourist visa for Ukraine

This category typically requires an invitation issued under a program prepared by a Ukrainian tour operator confirming the purpose of the trip. A tourist visa may be issued for a stay of up to 90 days (single/double/multiple entry) depending on the case and consular decision.

A tourist visit may imply the tour operator’s responsibility under existing guarantees and obligations related to stay support and return logistics, based on Ukrainian rules and procedures.

Kyiv — visa support and legal stay in Ukraine

Various regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Security Service of Ukraine and other state bodies may apply depending on nationality and the purpose of visit.

      Visitor (private) visa for Ukraine

Common grounds to obtain a private visa on the invitation:

      • Family reasons (marriage / family formation)
      • Visiting friends/relatives/acquaintances with legal residence in Ukraine
      • Continuing acquaintance established via social media and previous contact
Key points for a private invitation
      1. The invitation is issued at the territorial body of the State Migration Service at the place of registration.
      2. The inviting party must have sufficient financial support. The host party may be checked for ability to cover guest expenses and potential return.
      3. Collective invitations may be reviewed more strictly. High volume of invitations can trigger enhanced checks.
      4. High-risk migration nationalities may be subject to additional checks. Decisions depend on credibility and supporting documents.

      Business visa for Ukraine

A business visa (code “01”) is typically issued by the Consulate of Ukraine in the applicant’s country of residence on the basis of a business invitation. We help prepare the invitation package and ensure consistency across purpose, host details and supporting evidence.

Temporary and permanent residence permits in Ukraine can be arranged depending on the individual case and legal requirements.
