How to get a job in Poland (safe guidance)

      ✓ Use reliable agencies
VISA-SVIT connects candidates with verified employers and controls document authenticity.
      ✓ Apply on job portals
Pracuj.pl, LinkedIn, Indeed, EURES — look for “visa sponsorship”.
      ✓ Prepare documents
Passport scan, CV, contact details, and readiness to pass onboarding.
      ⚠ Beware of scams
Real work visas require a real employer invitation; employers don’t “sell jobs”.

With a verified offer, the visa process becomes predictable: invitation → appointment → submission → travel → work → optional TRC.

Useful reading: Work permits explainedWork visa steps

      Immigration to Poland through work

A Polish work visa can be a first step toward longer-term legal stay. The key is to keep your employment legal and renew status on time.

      • Temporary → Permanent: after ~5 years of continuous legal stay you may qualify for permanent / EU long-term resident permit (rules depend on basis of stay).
      • Family reunification: with legal status you may bring spouse/minor children (income + housing required).
      • Other routes: business, study, family ties, Polish origin programs (case-specific).
      • Citizenship: typically a long-term path requiring language + integration.
