- If the client needs to solve problems at the airport related to entering the country, the employer will solve this problem by phone or come in person.
Each candidate chooses the right country for themselves, which is available in our offers.
Our experts will always recommend the country where the client will have the best chance of obtaining a visa or residence permit, as well as the country that offers it:
- The highest salary
- the best working conditions
- vacancies and professions in accordance with the candidate's certificate or diploma
- career growth prospects.
The choice is always up to the client!
- Our offers on vacancies, employment, work visas and temporary residence are relevant for citizens of all countries of the world.
- Refugees, political migrants and other citizens of countries with dictatorial totalitarian regimes that pose a terrorist threat to the European Union: Russia, North Korea, Iran - we help on an individual basis.
We cannot provide reliable information on the official statistics of positive decisions - it depends on the applicant's country and the individual situation of each client, but in our practice, 55-70% of our applicants receive visas or residence permits, as Europe requires workers to work in enterprises and various other industries.
The difference lies in the validity of the visa, the price of the application and the chances of obtaining each type of visa.
As a rule, the longer the validity of the visa, the higher the probability of obtaining it.
- Of course, anyone can do the whole procedure of employment and visa obtainment on their own, but you need to understand that there is a high chance of being deceived or getting a refusal at the consulate.
- Unfortunately, there are many international fraudsters and unscrupulous or unprofessional companies in this business.
- If the client decides to cooperate with VISA-SVIT, we will be fully responsible and guarantee each customer the fulfilment of all their obligations, as well as accompany each client through the entire permit procedure.
Yes. After receiving a full set of documents from the employer, you will need to make an appointment online for
an appointment at the consulate for further consideration of the case and obtaining a permit to enter the EU country.
- For Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Albania and Serbia, an interview is not required to obtain a type D work visa
- For Slovakia and Lithuania, an interview with a consul is required.
- Yes, you can receive sets of documents from employers from different EU countries at the same time, and then register at the consulates of these countries to obtain a work visa
- Thus, you will have a much better chance of getting a positive response from one of the selected EU countries.
If the customer does not immediately order a residence permit (TRP) from us, then after obtaining a work visa and arriving at the place of work, he or she must work for at least 2-3 months in the specified company. The employer can start the residence permit application if he is completely satisfied with the employee and wants to cooperate with him in the future.
According to the European legislation on the employment of foreign workers, the candidate must arrive in an EU country after obtaining a work visa no later than 90 days after the date of receipt, otherwise the permit will expire and be cancelled.
- At the moment, this option is possible only for Poland. We can enrol family children in various children's institutions: kindergarten, school, college, lyceum, etc. and they will receive Schengen visas together with their parents' work permits
- Adult children need to obtain a type D work visa
- For most EU countries, family reunification can be carried out only after 6-9 months of work with the help of an employer in the host country
- Family reunification proceedings can take 2-6 months to complete
- We recommend applying for a residence permit for all adult family members at the same time. We offer discounts for other family members.
- if the client has not paid the balance of the agency's services after receiving the visa | residence permit
- if the client fails to report to the place of work within 90 days after receiving a visa or residence permit
- if, after obtaining a residence permit in the desired country, the client leaves the place of work and changes the country of residence without the consent of the employer
- in case of violation of the legislation of the country of employment.
An employer may refuse to hire a candidate for many reasons:
- if the candidate is older than the specified age of 18-55 years
- if the candidate has insufficient physical capabilities to perform work tasks
- if the candidate does not speak English or the local language
- if the candidate has not provided the required documents and information about himself/herself or has provided false information.
We provide a full package of necessary documents for obtaining work visas and residence permits to different European countries at the candidate's place of residence, but only the consul who makes a positive or negative decision can guarantee 100% visa issuance to clients
- Our agency guarantees the authenticity of the documents provided by us and the willingness of employers to cooperate
- If the consul refuses to issue a visa because of false or unreliable documents from the employer, we will refund 100% of the money paid, but we have not had such cases
- Our employing companies are reliable, have been officially operating for many years and pay taxes regularly, which can be checked in the electronic register of companies. They are ready to officially confirm their invitation at the request of the consulate and the border guard service, as well as provide a letter of appeal to the consulate or an appeal in case of visa refusal.
- If the consul refuses to issue a visa or permit due to the expiration of employee quotas, distrust of the applicant's intentions, financial insolvency or other reasons beyond the employer's control, the advances paid are non-refundable, as the employer has fully fulfilled its obligations, provided all guarantees on its part and cannot influence the consul's decision
- We will provide the client with the opportunity to apply to the consulate free of charge within 30 days from the date of refusal - this will significantly increase the chances of obtaining a positive decision again!
All salaries indicated in our offers for all vacancies are up-to-date and true, but by the time the client receives a visa, the vacancy may be closed or changed to another one, because the employer cannot wait indefinitely for each client to receive a visa. In this case, the employee will be offered a similar or better position with equivalent salary and working conditions.
