Schengen & National Visa Support in Ukraine

VISA-SVIT assists eligible foreign nationals who are legally staying in Ukraine with Schengen C-type visa applications , national D-type visa procedures and related document preparation for selected European destinations.

Visa support for foreign nationals in Ukraine

VISA-SVIT provides application and document support for foreign nationals from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and other regions who are legally staying in Ukraine and need to apply for an eligible European visa category. Depending on the purpose of travel or stay, this may include Schengen short-stay visas, national D-type visas and other procedures available through the relevant embassy, consulate or visa application centre.

Our support may include application-form preparation, document-list review, supporting-document checks, appointment guidance, biometrics instructions and final visa-file verification. Requirements are checked against the rules of the specific destination country and competent consular authority.

Eligibility-based Schengen visa support

For foreign nationals legally staying in Ukraine, we can assess whether an application for a Schengen C-type visa may be submitted from Ukraine. Eligibility can depend on the applicant's legal status in Ukraine, citizenship, travel purpose, financial evidence, supporting documents and the rules of the relevant consulate.

VISA-SVIT helps prepare and structure the application file, but does not make the visa decision. The final decision is made exclusively by the competent embassy, consulate or other authorised authority.

Accelerated processing where officially available

Some embassies, consulates or visa application centres may provide accelerated or priority processing options for specific circumstances or visa categories. Availability, eligibility, additional fees and processing times are determined by the competent authority and may change.

Where such a procedure is officially available, VISA-SVIT can help the applicant prepare the required documents and organise the file promptly. Processing time and the final visa decision remain outside VISA-SVIT's control.

Important: a Schengen C-type visa is primarily intended for eligible short stays and does not itself provide a general right to work in Europe. Employment and long-term residence normally require the appropriate national work-visa, work-authorisation and/or residence procedure for the destination country.

How VISA-SVIT assesses your visa, work or residence case

Before documents are prepared, VISA-SVIT evaluates the applicant's situation, the legal basis for the selected route and the current requirements of the destination country.

The purpose of this assessment is to determine which work visa, employment or residence route may be relevant to the individual case and which documents must be prepared before the next procedural stage.

1
Applicant eligibility

We review the candidate's citizenship, current country of residence, legal status, work profile, qualifications and relevant immigration history to determine which procedures may be applicable.

2
Employer and legal basis

For employment-based cases, we check the available employer documents, job offer or employment contract and the legal basis for hiring a foreign national. The required documentation depends on the destination country and type of employment.

4
Consular and migration requirements

Before submission, relevant requirements are checked against the rules of the embassy, consulate, visa application centre or migration authority, including document format, translations, legalisation, biometrics and other procedural requirements where applicable.

Schengen and employment routes are assessed separately

A Schengen C-type visa is generally intended for eligible short stays and is different from a national work visa, work permit or residence procedure. VISA-SVIT first identifies the correct legal route before the application file is prepared.

What the applicant should understand before starting

Route
Which legal procedure may be relevant
Documents
What the candidate and employer need to prepare
Requirements
Which authority and rules apply
Next step
What should be done before submission
Important: an initial assessment identifies the potentially applicable procedure but does not constitute a decision by an employer, embassy, consulate or migration authority. Final eligibility and the outcome depend on the applicant's documents, employer requirements and the rules in force at the relevant stage.
