Who can apply
The Seasonal Work Visa (szezonális munkavállalási engedély) allows up to 6 months of legal work in Hungary in agriculture, logistics, construction, food processing and hospitality.
Under Decree No. 450/2024 (XII.23.), eligible are citizens of Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the CIS holding an official invitation from a Hungarian employer.
Applications follow the combined procedure (összevont engedély) covering work and residence permits.

The procedure for obtaining a Visa | TRP step by step
- Choose the country, job and type of permit you are interested in
- Send us all the necessary information and photos of documents
- After your or your clients' candidacy is confirmed by the employer, pay the advance fee and send us a confirmation of your payment
- After we confirm the received advance payment, wait for the photos of the finished documents (according to the specified terms) to your email or WhatsApp address for further submission to the consulate and obtaining a visa or residence permit
- After checking the photos of the documents provided to you, pay the second part of the advance payment and courier delivery to the recipient's address
- After receiving the original documents, register at the consulate or visa centre of the country of your choice and submit these documents for consideration, obtain a visa or residence permit and pay the remaining amount for the services
- The employer company is waiting for you within 1 month from the date of receipt of the entry permit
- After 30 days, the permit will be cancelled and the money paid will not be refunded.
Options for obtaining a European residence permit:
- After obtaining a work visa and employment, at the client's request, the employer can issue an Id card (TRP) - a residence permit for a period of 1-3 years | processing time 1-2 months
- Residence permit to Lithuania is issued at the Lithuanian Consulate at the place of residence of the client
- A residence permit for Albania is issued immediately after obtaining a visa to enter the country for a period of 90 days and the employee's arrival at the place of work
- A residence permit for the Czech Republic is issued immediately after obtaining a visa to enter the country for a period of 60 days and the employee arrives at the place of work.
The following standard requirements are imposed on applicants: optimal age of 18-55 years, knowledge of English or the local language, professional skills - work experience, a diploma of professional education, a police certificate of conviction with an apostille and legalisation at the consulate of the chosen country, no offences in European countries, etc.
What is the procedure for obtaining a visa - step by step?

- For Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Albania and Serbia, an interview is not required to obtain a type D work visa

If the customer does not immediately order a residence permit (TRP) from us, then after obtaining a work visa and arriving at the place of work, he or she must work for at least 2-3 months in the specified company. The employer can start the residence permit application if he is completely satisfied with the employee and wants to cooperate with him in the future.
According to the European legislation on the employment of foreign workers, the candidate must arrive in an EU country after obtaining a work visa no later than 90 days after the date of receipt, otherwise the permit will expire and be cancelled.

An employer may refuse to hire a candidate for many reasons:
- if the candidate is older than the specified age of 18-55 years
- if the candidate has insufficient physical capabilities to perform work tasks
- if the candidate does not speak English or the local language
- if the candidate has not provided the required documents and information about himself/herself or has provided false information.
