Purpose of urgent travel:

• Business trip. Attached is a letter from the host company on company letterhead. It indicates why it was not possible to issue earlier, and what happens if the trip does not take place.
• Treatment. It is necessary to provide documents from the attending physician confirming the patient's condition and his need for treatment in the United States, as well as the duration and cost of treatment.
• Funeral. Documents are submitted confirming the relationship with the deceased, a letter from the organizer of the funeral about the date of the event and the contact details of the funeral service.
• Study or exchange program. Form I-20 from the school and proof of payment must be submitted.
