2019 was a busy year for workers from Ukraine, they were expected not only in Poland, but also in Slovakia, Lithuania, Germany, Israel and the Czech Republic.
Referring to the data of the All-Ukrainian Association for International Employment, Polish employers are so interested in workers from Ukraine that they increase wages. And sometimes even the Poles themselves receive less than the Ukrainians, if you look at the statistics. The average salary of Ukrainian citizens ranges from 14.7-16 zlotys per hour, but there are companies, only 15% of them, where wages reach 17-21 zlotys per hour, and one in five receives more than 21 zlotys per hour.
According to the workers themselves, their wages are more than two and a half thousand zlotys per hand, one hundred in terms of hryvnia, about sixteen thousand per month without deductions. The expenses of our fellow citizens in Poland are very small, ranging from 1300 to 6400 UAH. per month, depending on income received.
But not all Ukrainians go to Poland, although most of their fellow citizens still work there. But according to statistics provided by Jobs on OLX, other European countries are not far behind in terms of the number of jobs. Many of our fellow citizens go to Slovakia, there are quite a few offers and the average wage exceeds the Polish one. Last year, Slovakia offered about 1,300 jobs, and the maximum payment was UAH 28,000, against twenty-five and a half.
What kind of workers are expected abroad: naturally, workers are a waiter, a builder, a driver, a packer and handymen. It is the owners of these professions who are the luckiest of all, because it is very easy for them to find a job. Employers from the top ten countries have a lot of vacancies for these specialties. They are waiting for drivers in the amount - 1811, handymen - 701, waiters - 1823, packers - 1212, and if you are ready to go to work, then you are always welcome.
Last year, an innovation was the fact that Ukrainian families were looking for a place to find a job, and were preparing to work together, with their soulmate, children or parents.
More than thirty-five thousand requests for family employment have been recorded.
