The introduced quarantine is a forced precautionary measure for the spread of the virus throughout the world. The current situation will primarily negatively affect those who had planned trips for the spring period, since for the next month many countries have declared quarantine, isolated themselves from external factors and closed their borders, airlines have canceled regular and charter flights to Europe and other countries, all mass events were postponed indefinitely or canceled altogether.

Which countries CANNOT get a visa in Ukraine:

1. Schengen visa for Ukrainians (using old passports) and foreigners with a residence permit in Ukraine - due to the suspension of work of all Visa Application Centers and consulates of the EU countries in Ukraine.
2. 
   A work visa to the EU countries (if you have a work invitation from the employer) is a similar reason.
3. 
   Visa to USA. The US Embassy in Kyiv has stopped processing documents for obtaining a visa. The US government has closed entry to the territory of its country for citizens and residents of almost all European and other countries.

Which countries can you apply for a visa to:

1. A work invitation to Poland for Ukrainians and foreigners (semi-annual, seasonal, voivodship) is issued by an employer in Poland for further processing of a Polish work visa in Ukraine or another country of residence.
2. A business invitation to Poland (for a period of 1 year) for foreigners is issued by a business partner in Poland for further processing of a Polish Schengen visa in the country of residence.
3. An invitation to Ukraine (semi-annual) for foreigners is issued in Ukraine - for further processing of a Ukrainian visa in the country of residence.
4. Visa to UK. The UK Visa Application Center in Kyiv is open as usual. To date, only the UK Visa Application Center in Milan has suspended operations.
5. Visa to Ireland. Consulate of Ireland in Kyiv works as usual.
6. Visa to Canada.  The Canada Visa Application Center in Kyiv is open as usual.
7. Visa to Japan.
8. Visa to China (exclusively business visa, issuance of tourist, visitor and other visas is temporarily suspended!).
9. Visa to South Korea.
10. Visas to other countries.

According to healthcare experts, it will be possible to resolve and stabilize the situation within 1-2 months.
